FreeContractionTrackr is a timing tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The hospital alert feature uses general guidelines (such as the 5-1-1 rule) and should not replace the specific instructions of your healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor, midwife, or medical professional regarding labor and delivery decisions.
FreeContractionTrackr does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page. Given that we collect no data, changes are unlikely.
